How to start, in four steps
- Call (667) 239-3195 or submit the intake form. We verify Medicaid or MCO coverage.
- Complete an intake appointment, usually about an hour, often the same week.
- We build your individual rehabilitation plan and assign your specialist.
- Services begin in Baltimore, at our office, in the community, or at home.
