PRP in one sentence
A Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program pairs you with a rehabilitation specialist who meets with you regularly, at our Baltimore offices, in the community, or at home, to work on practical goals: staying on medication, keeping appointments, managing symptoms, holding a job or staying in school, and living independently.
PRP is not a hospital program and it is not therapy. It works alongside therapy and psychiatric care, filling the gap between the appointment and real life.

Who qualifies for PRP
To enroll in a Maryland PRP you generally need active Medicaid coverage, a qualifying mental health diagnosis such as depression, anxiety disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or schizophrenia, and a recent assessment or referral from a licensed provider.
