Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That includes readable color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, labeled form fields, captions or transcripts for media where practical, and layouts that adapt to screen readers and zoom.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages as they are published, test with keyboard and screen reader navigation, and correct issues as we find them. Some third party content, such as embedded maps and video players, is not fully under our control.
Accessibility at our offices
Tell us before your visit if you need step-free access, a specific room setup, extra time, large print materials, a sign language interpreter, or another accommodation. These supports are provided at no cost to you.
If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability
Dial 711 to reach Maryland Relay or Virginia Relay and ask the operator to connect you to (667) 239-3195. Sign language interpretation, assistive listening, and written communication are arranged at no cost to you. Tell us your preferred way to be contacted and we will use it.
Give us feedback
If you run into a barrier on this site or at one of our offices, contact us at (667) 239-3195 or info@openarmsprp.com. Please describe the page or location and what happened. We respond to accessibility reports within two business days and will provide the information you needed in an alternative format while we work on a fix.
