Support for people with disabilities
We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities so they can communicate effectively with us, including qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats such as large print or accessible electronic files. Support for people whose primary language is not English
We provide free language assistance, including qualified interpreters and materials written in other languages. Ask any staff member, or call (667) 239-3195 to arrange interpretation before your appointment.

You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, electronically at ocrportal.hhs.gov, by mail, or by phone at 1-800-368-1019 (TDD 1-800-537-7697).
